SHIPPING

Orders are delivered in mailing tubes. Shipping costs include cost of packaging, delivery and other related expenses. Watch out for our confirmation email when prints are shipped.

  • India deliveries will reach you in 7-10 working days from the date of purchase. 

  • International deliveries will take 10-15 working days for the same.

  • For local pickup, orders will be ready in 3-5 working days.

Covid lockdowns and restrictions may affect print and delivery services. 

CANCELLATION

We want our customers to feel happy about the products they purchase. However under certain conditions, we offer cancellation and refund options. You can email to smitha.tumuluru@gmail.com for any such request.

 

Cancellation: We will consider order cancellation if done within 24 hours of purchase. Full refund is applicable only in such cases. Any cancellation done after 24 hours, will only be considered on a case-to-case basis. Any refund is applicable only if the product has not been printed. If the product has been printed, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the photographer on a case-to-case basis. Refunds will be finalized and initiated within 48 hours of the request.

Changes to order: Different images have different prices. Any changes to the order after the purchase, will be carried out on a per-case basis. Such changes must be intimated within 24 hours of the purchase. Any additional costs incurred due to different pricing or size or material will have to be paid accordingly. These will be handled on a per-case basis. Return of any excess payment due to changes in the order will be considered only if the change is intimated within 24 hours of purchase. Any change initiated after a product is printed, will not be considered for refund.

Replacement: We urge you to be extremely careful while removing the print from the cylinder. While damages to the packaging are rare, in the event that the damage to the package has damaged the print, we request you to kindly take a picture immediately and share, before returning the same to us. We will evaluate and take further steps to replace a print if needed, based on each case.

Customization: Customizations (Eg., sizes or materials or formats, gallery wall etc not available on the website) are outside the scope of the website payment system. These will be dealt with separately.
